Well Im building my 93 mustang lx 2.3L into a beast street rod I was told that the 351M was a basic 351w with a 4 inch bore and a 3.5 crank so i was going to bump it up put a 4 inch stroke with a .030 over bore dome top pistons and then put a 290 duration cam idk if im going to go split duration or not but then i was going to go with some roller rockers and a 750 or 650 cfm 4 barrel carb and im probably going to hook a t-6 in it um i would like fuel injection with the whole mass air flow system so i could hook up a turbo but am not sure if anything would hook up like a 302 air induction and fuel injection system its going to be my first real engine build so im trying to make sure i do things right i dont know much just enough i guess an a little help from my step dad hes done this stuff before but he hasnt used alot of the fuel injection and air induction or stroked anything hes a 350 guy put a cam pistons and some induction from a carb and there u go but if anyone has any more information or help id apprieciate it alot

Run the numbers on the motor i have a 351 m and it says somewhere it has a 4inch stroke from the factory it is a totally different block than the windsor there are 8 valve cover bolts for a start higher deck height its basiclly a big block and the windsor is a small block. put a mild cam in it and change the timing gears and chain and do all that other stuff u said and u can put out 400 horsepower i read about it in a forum somewhere comp cams have the cam can;t remember the duration though
