Default 1964 Ford Fairlane 260 Camshaft doest turn when center bolt tight

Hi im new to this site its a fairlane but i know this motor was in mustangs for a few years maybe someone can help ok heres the problem this motor hasent run yet recently rebuild i ran into this problem when installing the torque converter to flexplate nuts the motor wouldn't turn over i put some a** behind it and nothing i knew something was wrong i pulled the trans back out thinking it was binding up their not the case put the trans back in next i backed off all the rockers the motor now turns over fine i thought i had it fixed put everything back together went to start it i had no spark i took the cap of the distr and the rotor was not moving i pulled the distr out and my cams not moving so i took the timing cover off and the alignment pin for the fuel pump cam gear and camshaft was broken ok thought that was the problem with the rockers overtightened and i just broke the pin found a new pin put that on and tightned the gear down now the whole motor doesnt turn loosen the center bolt on the cam everything turns fine even the cam valves are working but as soon as i tighten the center bolt on the camshaft nothing turns not even the crank if anybody has anything that can point me in the right direction i would be very greatful

thanks i would really appriciate the help im clueless at whats going on with it i got car with the motor allready taken apart so its been a challenge getting where i am now its really the only thing keeping me from showing the car

you might have the wrong cam gear too thick which would rub on the retainer bolts maybe

yea turned out to be the wrong cam gear sent with the cam thanks for the help
