Default Shifter problems.
I have a 1968 4 speed and it sometimes gets jammed in reverse. Also sometimes when i try putting it in reverse it will grind when i have the clutch in any suggestions to the problem?

Sounds like you need to adjust/replace your clutch, or you need to look at the reverse lockout system on your car.
