Default 1968 Build Sheet Found!

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would share with you the location of the factory build sheet that I found on my car. I heard stories about the build sheet being located under the carpet and I knew my car had been apart before so I didn't hold much hope in finding it. but during the restoration that I am currently doing I have the complete car apart including the dash. While the car is apart I elected to replace the wiring harnesses but before discarding my old dash harness I noticed some paper folded up and taped to the wiring - low and behold it was the original build sheet! So if you have your 68 dash apart be on the look out for the build sheet on the wiring harness. My car was built in Metuchen by the way, I am not sure if different plants put these in different locations.

Good job on finding your build sheet. I also recently found my build sheet in the exact place you did on my 66 fastback when I was taking it apart. ( was a bit chewed up by mice and etc). It was also made at the Metuchen plant.
