Default Where is the best place to buy wheels and tires

Hi,

I have been looking on the net for the best deals on tires and wheels. Just looking to see if anyone wants to share some recent places that have great prices for internet orders, thanks

Depends on what brand/size of rim and tire. I bought my TT D's from an ebay seller for ~$140/rim with lugs/valves, best price I could find that was <$600/set free shipping. I'll have to find the receipt if you want to know seller.
I bought my tires from tirerack (free shipping again) and had them installed locally. This was the cheapest way for me and I'm happy with my results. If you search fleabay watch the seller rating/number sold, mine was an American Racing warehouse/clearance.

Best place? big question. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend. You can get tires to fit the Mustang at almost any tire store. Specialty wheels will come from suppliers that cater to the Mustang crowd.
I bought my wheels from the dealer shown below. The tires came from a tire dealer in my home town.

Good luck,

I had to buy the 2 front tires form my '67 coupe the other day. The rears are pretty new. My car has the regular steel rims with wheel covers. I went to or called all the usual suspects like discount tire and firestone but, either they busted out the classic tires catalog to find expensive tires with the white stripe that i needed, or they just didn't have anything. Any guess where I found them? Wal-mart. Goodyear p205/75r14(very near the stock size), they had plenty of them, $60 each, came out to about $130 mounted and balanced. Can't beat it.
