I just want to make sure I use the correct seats for my 66 Fastback. Are all 65,66,67 and 68 reg seats the same? Do they just have different matrial on them? What about the chrome?

Hopefully one of these mustang "gurus" on here will chime in and be clearly specific on this one.

However, I can tell you no, they are not the same. There is a considerable difference from the 65 -66 to the 67 -68.

I have both a 66 and a 68 and they are different as night and day as far as shape is concerned. Pick up one of the mustang supply catalogs ( CJ Pony Parts, Mustang Unlimited, etc.) Most of them have plenty of photos showing you the various seat shapes and options let alone the various upholstry.
