Default Early Falcon/Mustang leaf springs

Will the rear leaf springs from a 64/65 Falcon, fit on a 64/66 Mustang and vice-versa?

Falcon springs will fit, but they have a different arch and spring weight. They will not fit on early 63 down flacons.

Would a 1" lift compensate for the different arch/lift rate for the Falcon? I know this isn't a Falcon Forum, just that I have a local supplier of Mustang parts & trying to help with my son's Falcon.

The Mustang Springs I have heard make the Falcon ride higher and rougher. Falcon springs are out there.
