Default Worked on the mustangs left fender today.

I repaired a rust hole, welded up the emblem holes and shaved the marker light. I had stripped the paint on it a week ago. Fender is in really good shape considering it is original and an east coast car.

Default Did a little more work on the fender today

Today I worked on the fender edge where the top bolts go. I had two holes about the size of a quarter. One was where the production stamp was. I had a rusty fender s I cut and welded the stamp into my fender. Also had one pinhole to repair.

Coated the inside of the fender with rust-oleum rusty metal primer after I sanded it down today. Let this dry for a couple of days(put over a pint of primer on it and poured behind the braces and let it seep out of all the cracks and crevices) then I will start the mud work on the outside of it. Have it all hammered and dollied so it should take a small amount of filler.
