Default Instrument panel light problems.

All my gauges work. Yet all the instrument panel lights are out accept the brake light which stays on continually, when i put my turn signals they light up, and when i put my high beams the red mustang lights. Everything else is dead any suggestions as to the problem?

Hello. That stuff is all on the separate circuits. The instrument lights not working could be that the bulbs are burned out, or, it could be the headlight switch.

It sounds similar to a problem I had. I put new LED taillamp bulbs in and I started having problems. First the brake lights stayed on constantly. I fixed that by flipping the bulb around. Then I had the problem with, my left blinker would not flash, it would just go on and stay on. Then if my headlights were on, neither turn signal would work. In addition, everytime I stepped on the brake pedal, my gauge lights would go on. In the end, I found it to be a loose connection. The pigtail wasn't attaching to the housing properly. After pressing down on it and wiggling it a bit everything started working normally.
