I am restoring/customizing a '68 coupe. It curently is just a shell but it's from Arizona and solid as a brick. I've built a 302 with a few mods and I plan to mate it with a nice 4 speed manual. It will have a full-locker with 3.55 gears and some nice street tires. The bod is going to be finished with a front spoiler, a boss 429 hood scoop and some Shelby side scoops. To top it off I'm going to install a custom Clearwater Performance exhaust system (headers to drag mufflers w/ a 3.5" pipe coming out directly behind the front tire).

I have two '67 and four '68.....One is on the road....the other are waiting in the garage to be restored. I have a convrertible with a 289 that will get tricked out, one with a 302 that will get a radical makeover, one with original bill of sale and some other paperwork that will go back to near original, and one that is a 6 cyl that will be my practice car. I have one that looks good and is an eye catcher when I take her out. The last one will get what ever is left over.

I have a 1965 fastback, 6 cylinder, automatic, with airconditioning. It is a dark metalic blue with light blue interior. It also has aluminum wheels and a nice sounding duel exhast using a GT valance for the exhast tips. I am planning to upgrade the engine with an Argintine head system as soon as one becomes available.:thumbsup

I sold my 93 Saleen convertible last year and just picked up a 64 1/2 D-code Coupe, 4 speed, A/C, PS, PB with all the date coded original driveline, original panels/undercarriage (except for hood, right front fender) and original glass, original upholstery. Caspian blue with black interior. Built July 28, 1964. Car was all original and is super clean.

Current mods:
Global west upper control arms relocated 1 1/4 inch with Grab a trak 620 springs
Grab a trak reverse eye 5 leaf rear springs
Period correct dealer installed dual exhaust
Cobra engine dress-up kit
Edlebrock 600 cfm carb (installed by previous owner)
1 1/8 front sway bar, 3/4 rear sway bar
Chrome 15x7 magnum 500's
KYB shocks

More to come.
