Default I have a #,s matching 1972 Mustang Mach 1

From a 2 brl. to a 4 ,CJ cam,Functional Ram air added,Holley 750 dbl pumper, eidlebrock performer manifold, double roller timing chain, solid lifters,2 & 1/2" dual Flopro exhaust. Points distributor changed to an electronic ignition .Distributor is a stock electronic distributor with a 6A MSD box and Blaster coil. The whole system is proffesionally wired in so that it if you were to look at it it would appear stock. everything else to original state.Still have all stock parts for political correctness. When I brought it in for the restoration.I pulled the motor& trans.I pulled every bracket off the motor.Degresed & steam cleaned the motor and brackets and pulleys. I then repainted everything to original stock colors. Then I put it all back 2gether and cleaned every nut and bolt. While the motor was out.The engine bay was sand blasted and repainted.

Default 66 coupe

Ive got a 1966 San Jose coupe. I bought it with the original black plates! It had a 6 cyl AT in it, but I have changed everything so far. I put a 89 5.0 HO and a brand new T-5 into it, which seemed like a good idea at the time as I got the motor out of a wrecked GT. Hundreds of hours and thousands of $ I am rolling pretty good now. Put SSBC booster and master cyl. and Monarch front end so brakes ok now. New drive shaft (bent old one). Ripped leaf pads off on first burnout. The guy I bought it from tried to do the 5.0 conversion and either ran out of money or confidence or tools or something so I picked up where he left off. He did have a nice stereo in it, which was the only electrical thing to work in the car. I traded it for a MIG welder. I should have pics up soon. RC

I just finished the 5.0 EFI conversion and can tell you what not to do. The end result is worth it though, people definately get a kick out of it when you pop the hood.

We have two 68 coupes, one 200 inline 6, the other is 289. The 6 came with power steering and no mods, still has points. The 289 is a keeper, modified to Ford electronic ignition, only mod so far.
