Hey, brand new here. Just finished picking up my very first Mustang. It's a 1966 Notchback with the 4 barrel 289 and a four speed manual. Currently in pieces, although of course my aim is to change that. Lucked out - frame was nice, body had only minor rust and it only set me back $2000. Looking forward to chatting with you all!
1967 Coupe Sprint model

My Grandpa bought her for my Dad, and until I get the title, only their names are on it.

I am an older Mustang enthusiast with a 1969 Mach1 428CJ car & a 2007 Roush Stage 1, both red in color. The 69 has 50,400 miles showing which I believe to be correct - when I bought car in 1981 it had 34,000 on it & she still has original ball joints with no squeaks. The 69 is partially restored & looks pretty good. It has taken approx 40 trophies since 2003 when I got her back on road. The 07 Roush has less than 2000 miles on it. For style & looks you can't beat the 69 but for driving fun the 07 is tops.
I have a 66 c-code fastback. It has a moderately modified 289 with a top loader and the original 8 inch. I'm in the process of repairing the cowl area at which point it will become a good driver. The interior is rough but the body is decent.
'67 Convertible, built in Milpitas (known, wrongly, to most as San Jose - this plant is now the Great Mall of the Bay Area), California. Originally painted Lime Gold, now painted Dark Moss Green. Upgraded with '67 Power Disc Brakes, has the original block, cam, and heads but is bored ,040" over with a 302 crank for 308ci total. Stock distributor, Pertronix Ignitor, Flamethrower II coil, Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, Carter AFB carb, Hedman "Hedders", 2" exhaust with Cherry Bomb glasspacks, rebuilt C4 feeding into an untouched 8" rear end with 3,00:1 gears. Interior has been restored to original condition except for a Custom Autosound AM/FM/Cassette head unit, Pioneer kick panel speakers, and a kustom centre console. 14" styled steel wheels with Goodyear Weatherhandler 205/75R14 whitewall tires.
