66 mustang coupe. Original emberglo paint and parchment interior. Has a rebuilt 68 200 straight six and automatic that i plan on running as long as it lasts. I love 289s and 4 speeds, but when you're young & on a very tight budget, if it runs good let it alone. lol.. Im smoothing off where the battery tray goes & putting the battery in the trunk. Removed & plugged all the emblem holes and rocker moldings. I would really like 2 change the interior 2 the pony parchment & emberglo.

Justin,

If you're still reading this thread, in my humble opinion, I would add anything to the car that customizes it to your taste that doesn't alter the car. Be sure to keep the original pieces should you ever want to go back to stock.

I have a 1968 Mustang Convertible, red with white top and black interior. 289, five speed manual, Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley 4 barrel carb, Mallory electronic ignition. This car was given to me by my wife for our 15th anniversary 10 years ago. It was built in San Jose, and sold out of Los Angeles DSO. It's only been in Minnesota for 10 years. I love my Mustang!

I have a green 1973 ford mustang grande with a 302 and a c4 automatic. It has wide tires on mag wheels and true dual exhaust going into two cherrybomb glasspacks.

I also have a project 1964 1/2 ford mustang with with a built 302 and c4 auto. The 302 and auto are coming out and the original engine (289 V8) going back in as soon as i find time to finish the engine rebuild. The c4 will be replaced by the factory 4 spd manual as well.
