Default Is this a good price for body work?

Found a body shop to do my body work, good deal or no?

I supply all body parts being replaced, two rear quarter panels, and door sheetmetal, I have both, they install them all, remove all dents and other minor rust spots, minor frame work to connect it all back after new floor panel, bumber to bumber work from there and primed ready to paint for $3500. Good deal or keep shopping?

I'd get at least a second estimate. But it all depends on the shop. Is this a "known quality" resto shop, have you seen any of their other work both before and after??
Basically comes down to this, do YOU feel like this shop turns out the best you can get for YOUR money???
