For 69 the 351W was rated at 290hp same as the Boss 302. If you have the 69 head castings you have the best version of these castings ever produced....but put against the newer aluminum castings, they can't be made to outflow the aluminum ones.Along with rebuilding comes the needed change of valve seats and valves. Cost wise when your done your quickly approaching the cost of a new set of aluminum heads.Just a thought.
