Default Looked at '70 Mustang, ended up in GT40
Hey all, this was just too cool not to share.

Yesterday I stopped by a local garage to check out a 1970 mustang sitting outside for sale. I figured, with it being a saturday, I wouldn't be bothering anyone if I stopped to get some pictures.

Well, longish story short, the car owner, who was also the garage owner came out to talk to me. He asked me if I wanted to come in the shop and see his GT40.
YES!
Then he asked if I wanted to go for a ride.
YES!

It was a good day!

I have a 65 fastback and while I would love a convertible I was just looking at the 70 for fun... And I'm glad I did.

You do realize that if you looked like most of guys the owner would not have let you sit in his car, never mind take you for a ride.
