Is there a ranking of the provision is to Eleanor replica?

Nice to meet you.
It is a post from Japan.

Thank you You may not know it will be posted hesitation using the translation function.

It will let me write long.

I have a used car sales in Japan, last year I sold a "1968y Mustang Eleanor Replica".

However, I was canceled because of unfair. I is in the middle you have a current trial.

I think that there is no such provision in the ranking of "Eleanor replica".

But, the other side has been said that "C rank" Eleanor was sold by my company to create a table "Eleanor" rank of A ~ C on its own.

Does it exist, such as "rank of the provisions" to Eleanor replica in the first place?

I was allowed to post to this forum was created on the other side, "dated Eleanor rank" because I want to prove that there is no evidence.

I hope you'll lend us the power of everyone.

Thank you.

I had a lot of trouble understanding your translation. If this is really for a lawsuit, you might want to pay someone to translate it or find someone that can do it for you.

I'm pretty sure that Eleanor is trademarked and no company is allowed to reproduce them. I've never heard of a ranking system for them either.

I'm sure others on this forum have better information than me though.

Good luck Mashashi!

Masashi, It might be worth a few dollars to have your question properly translated by an attorney and then post it on this forum since it does seem your question has some legal reference.

I'm not a legal attorney but you are referancing the term "Eleanor Replica" in you translation and becuase of this, there is no ranking system at all in this country for such.

As for the "original" Eleanor, they themselves (but I doubt) may have a ranking system but if so, it cant possible apply in your case as you are referencing "Eleanor Replica". While you will find slight variations to the term replica, it basically means an immitation or recreation of an original.

I would like to thank everyone warm words. Thank you.

What do you think so forth that you created in the other side is the wrong interpretation of "Eleanor dated rank"?

"Classification of Eleanor"

Class A Special
"Eleanor" has become famous as a vehicle that appeared in "Gone in 60 Seconds" movie.
Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage, etc. are owned in the film is used for making 12 units.
This is a premium grade vehicles used in the film.
Price is unknown because the price of this vehicle is almost not circulate on the market.

A top of the class
(Manufactured by Shelby American, GT500 Eleanor)
Shelby American vehicles that were produced in accordance with the same type of hit "Gone in 60 Seconds" movie.
2000y the new car at the time and is now used car.

Among middle class A
If the price rises with the plate at the time to use parts made of Shelby American.

Among the lower class A
Vehicles that I have created a type but from places other than the Shelby America in the same way as much as possible with vehicles that appeared in the movie is the base of Eleanor "Mustang model year 67" parts made ??by Shelby American because they become valuable already.
Close to the original price is high.

And the market price of about 40 million to 50 million for the class A.

Top class B
Component you are using exterior and interior will be manufactured to resemble Eleanor that was used in the movie is what all the newly created. This is the difference between class B and class A.

Level of its components is a component of the company or at the same level as the Mustang Limited Company.
New engine. Using a plate made of type 1967 Shelby American.

Among lower-class B
Unlike the component parts Class C levels is not made at the level of Mustang Limited Unlike Top class B.
Use the type plate of the 1968 Mustang.
It is worth of 15.0012 million million.
It will be worth 25 million.

Middle class B
The exterior and interior at the same level as the Top Class B.
Plate of the type used for the 1967 Mustang.
New engine.
Worth of 20 million.

Among lower-class B
Unlike the component parts Class C levels is not made ??at the level of Mustang Limited Unlike Top class B.
Use the type plate of the 1968 Mustang.
It will be worth 12milion ~ 15milion.

Top class C
Parts is not limited to use at the level of the Mustang Mustang that had been imported to Japan from the United States in the early 1970 ~ 1967.
Price ranked as 4 million.

Among lower-class C
Cheats and scratches in the paint of a car accident Mustang will be used, but the same as Top class C.
It will be worth less than 4 million.

I'm sorry in a long sentence.

Thank you.

You might to one of the categories that a new Dynacorn shell be used? And another category that an original '60's mustang shell be used?
Jon

あなたは新しい Dynacorn シェルの使用カテゴリのいずれかに可能性がありますか?別のカテゴリを元の 60 のマスタングのシェルを使用することですか?

HaHa Josh, that's what I get for using a translator...Looks like it took some words out of my Engrish ' You might (want) to (add to) one of the categories' is what I *tried* to say. Now I can't edit it anymore and it's there for eternity to embarass me at will...

As much as I hate for it to show in my net search history I tried to find a rating or ranking system to no avail.

What country did you sell the car to? Ask them for the ranking system if it's the one above simply match your build to that system. Instead of top/middle/lower use A+, A, A-, etc.
