Default Shelby Emblems & side stripes Question?
We are wanting to use Shelby Emblems & the 3M GT500 Side Stripe on our 69 Shelby GT500 ProStreet Convertible. Since Ford produced the 69 Shelby , Who now owns the rights to the 1969 Shelby Cobra Emblems and Side stripes! We would like to make the car Legal to use and display and stay away from any lawsuits!:thumbsup

Hello. Ford owns the trademark. I've never heard of an individual with a car having any legal problems over it.Only manufacturers and retailers.Hope that helps.

I don't even own a Shelby and I have Shelby and Cobra emblems all over my 06 GT Mustang
