70 Mustang Whats It Worth

I am currently lokking at buying a 70 mach probably 70% restored but does not run (engine is new) It has vin#ofo5m187233. He want 6,000 for it. It does have all the hard to find parts. Is this a good deal? thanks in advance for the help

Restored the car is worth about 20-25K. Take a bit of time and see what it is going to cost you to restore it. If it is less than the value of the car then its worth buying. Take what you will have to put in add the six grand if its still less than the restored value then go ahead and buy. Also if he's asking six he'll take less.
