I need to repair the hinges for my doors on my 65 mustang and was wondering if it would be best to just replace the whole hinges or if it is worth the trouble to rebuild what I have. I guess what I am wondering is if the repro hinges are any good.

I installed a repro driver's side upper hinge on my '68. For a repro part it was very close, about 90-95% identical to the original. The way it was stamped it had rough and sharp edges that I filed and sanded down before painting it and installing it.

I went repro since my original had been repaired before but they had drilled it out sloppily when they installed the bushing kit.
