Default Buying this 1967 Mustang. Good Deal?

alright to start off i have a 67 car but its a 6cyl nothing wrong with that i just would like to have more

so with that said about a week ago i came across a green 67 mustang... im sorta afraid of it because im tight on money and if i buy it then i must sell my 6cyl car so heres why im afraid of it 1. he doesnt have a title because its a GA car and iv never had to get a lost title 2. the car has been sold back an forth 3 times between the same 2 guys call me stupid but that makes me want to know why i think they just couldnt make up there minds about it

but for $1600 who can pass up a car that is already about 70% done plus its deluxe car from the factory... and it has a lot of new parts i mean the grill is new plus the running PONY so that takes a little bit of money off the price and it has all new dash every thing... its just the car was 2800 and i didnt have to talk to him much or even have cash in hand and he droped the price to 1600 after askin him one time what his bottem dollar was?

so here the thing iv looked at the car 3 times now on 3 diffrent days and i cant find anything more than some rust on its belly and not enough to bother me... looks like it could be sanded and painted after maybe a month of work every night.... so im closing the deal tomorrow thursday jan 10,

could it really be that good of a deal

let me know if there any wher i should look for rust other than these places iv already checked floors, engine comp. under the car, rear quartars, in the trunk, under the seat, bottem edge of the doors over all body of the car......

any other places to look

o and sorry for the run ons an the typos

With a proper bill of sale a title should be no problem but I would have the cops run the VIN just to be sure, more than likely it's ok...but be sure. selling a car back and forth between friends really shouldn't be that much of a deal I've done it with a friend before. Sold him a 67 Chevelle I had , he swapped out the POS motor that was in it and I ended up buyiny it back a few months later...anyway there is usually a reason just ask (both of them) why. About the title, Alabama back in the day wasn't a title state...they didn't issue titles for cars, they were bought and sold with just bills of sale, don't know about GA but they may have been the same, that title may not be lost it just may never have existed in which case your DMV will know that and will simply issue a title.
