I have an empty feeling right now.
This will probably be my last post on the
greatest automotive forum I ever been a part of.
On Friday, I sold my old girl on Friday - 1965 Mustang Fastback 2+2.
I appreciate the friends I have made over the last 3 years on this forum.
You have all been wonderful! To all of the "Newbies" - You have chosen a
great site if you just bought a Mustang. There is a wealth of information out
here and the folks are very supportive.
There are many here that have either been in or are currently in the same
position your in right now. Believe, me, they know what their doing. Be patient
with your projects. Get to know your car - inside and out. Remember, its a labor
of love. You will find yourself up close and personal with your car.
I've attached one last look at her before I leave.
I'll check back on you now and again and if I ever get another Mustang,
I'll be back.
Don't leave!! Just because you will not have a
mustang doesn't mean your not wanted or needed
around here!! I hope you'll reconsider and at least
check in once and awhile if not to just say hello!!

C'mon, stick around. We like having as many people around here as we can get. Keeps the community interesting.
This site was made for oners and enthusiast, I would hope that just because you are no longer an owner doesn't mean you no longer have a passion for Mustangs. Stick around, you have just moved into a different category of member.

Makes me feel like a kid every time.
I have to agree, stick around because a lot of guys will be coming up with question, and just because you no longer own a mustang doesn’t mean your knowledge cant be used, heck I soon might have the space to start reassembling my 66 and since its been so long ago that I took it apart I may need help!

- Shaken....Not Stirred 2003 Mach I Auto Torch Red - Sold
-1988 Ford Mustang GT Convertible, 331 Trick Flow Stroker with a Tremec 3550....oh yea and a 1.6 liter V-TECH motor to work the convertible top.
- 1966 Inline 6……..the pile of parts car!
Joe, sorry to hear about you selling your 1965. It is a beautiful Mustang and losing her gotta hurt!
We are all hoping you will reconsider leaving the site. There really is no reason to. You can still enjoy your Mustang hobby even if you presently do not own one. This site is for All Ford Mustang enthusiasts and that definately includes you. Its not for Mustang Owners Only, for that very reason.
If you are a Mustang enthusiast, and we all know you are, then we are looking forward to you cruising the forums and hanging out with your fellow Mustangers and that includes all of us.
Mustangs may move on but Mustangers are for life!
Regards,

I'm sorry to hear that, Joe. I'll miss you.I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to continue participation, just because you sold the car, but, if that's how it has to be, I'll miss you. Best of luck to you. I hope that you'll reconsider.
