I'd double check the wiring between the Duraspark box, and the ign. switch, as well as between the box and the solenoid. It took me a couple of tries to get it right on my '68. I used a schematic from a Haynes manual for the '70-'93 Stangs.
Maybe the pickup in the dizzy is bad?
Also, don't forget that the HO uses the 13726548 firing order.
