The price seems very fair for a running car in good condition, and even better since the owner seems to be willing negotiate.
Just make sure there's no major rot or poor body repair work that has been done in the past. I wish there were more pics of it but if you're going to see it in person then that's even better. The 200 ci is a good motor and in this case helps keep the asking price down.
