Default 1967 Mustang Fastback!! Should I buy??

Question for an 67 mustang fastback guys or gals. My buddy is in need to sell is mustang. Just wondering if anyone knew what a good value on it is.

This is what I know from what he's told me and from what I've seen. I'll detail what I can remember

302 motor. he says but sounds good and strong when I drove it.
automatic trans-don't know what kind or if its' original.
new interior
paint is not knew but not original and still looks good. with minor spots.
underside looks good, not very many signs of rust.
garage kept for over 8 years I've known the guy and he never drives it.

on a scale of 1-10

overall car-7
interior-8
engine bay and motor-7

He's asking 15k, I've got him down from 18k. Might get a little lower since IRS is prob bout to get it. Any help out there would be much appreciated. thanks

Buy it now! 67 Fastbacks that are about to cave in half are getting 6k on ebay, gutted. This being complete and relatively rustfree is easily worth 12k if you disreguard the fact it runs and drives and looks good. If you know the guy, the car and its history, I'd pay 15k, but as always, get it for less if you can

The more I think about it, the more I think its worth the 15k if its a good 20 footer. Make sure there is no underside rust and the cowl is soild (hold a water hose to the vents below the wipers and the water should drain outside, not on the carpet)
