Default Question About Fuel Hard Line Color

Hey everyone, I have a pretty simple question here. I'm replacing the fuel hard line from the fuel pump to the carb. on my '66 coupe. I'm wondering what color does that get painted? Black semi-gloss or blue?
Thanks in advance ! Steve

Just for the heck of it,I checked my '65(V8) and my '66(6 cyl) and they are both bare-unpainted

GTS is correct.

The carb, fuel line and fuel pump were added after the motor was painted so they won't have any paint on them.

If you're keeping your originals or replacing them with standard steel ones I would either clear coat them or paint them with something like Rustoleum's Aluminum color so they won't rust and look close to original. I have been replacing my lines on the car with the prebent stainless steel and that won't rust and will stay looking good.

Thanks Jay and GTS, I got the stainless prebent too (much simpler). Guess I'll just go ahead and install it. Thanks again !
