Default Custom taillight panels?

A few weeks ago while at the MU car show i saw this really neat custom mustang. I obviously know that therre was a lot of fabrication that the guy did to the mustang. And one feature that I thought was really neat was a taillight panel. By the way this is a 1965 mustang fastback. Anyway this taillight panel had almost a kink so it ran flush with the taillights. I thought this was a custom panel, but while flipping through the Year One catalog that i just got I see this mustang in a few places throughout the book that has the same type of panel.

Well what I am getting at is do any of you know any retailers that may sell this type of panel? I think it adds a lot to the back of the car. If anyone could tell me where I could find this I would be greatful.
