Default Positive Purchasing Experience: Mustangs Unlimited

Hey guys, i just wanted to take a minute to report the most positive parts purchasing experience i have had in my history of owning mustangs. I placed a LARGE order for about 2k worth of parts, easily almost weighing 1000 lbs, on sunday of last week, and received nearly all of my parts on wednesday. There were some parts on backorder, and my leafsprings were a no show, but after about 3 minutes of phone conversation, everything was sorted out.

Mustangs Unlimited gets a big A+ from me. Great customer service, quick delivery, and good prices.

I have bought from them (although not exclusively) for more than 20 years, and have found them to be reliable. There is room for improvement (as there is an any business), but for the most part they are O.K. It's always up to the consumer to ask who makes the product and to decide if the quality of the product is acceptable. I have to admit, they ALMOST never have parts backordered, so that's one problem I haven't had with them. Again, ask questions!!!!!

They have been good to me too. I have ordered from them slightly more than I have with NPD since they are closer to me here in CT. I have taken the hour ride at times and gone right to thier showroom.

That's good news. I've ordered from them in the past and as I'm actively starting to finish the resto on my 66 I'd like to order from them again. I always had great experiences with my various orders.

I'm glad they took care of you!
