Question 1966 Ford mustang

Hi im new to this form but it looks like there are alot of bright people. I have many questions that im hoping that will get answerd. I found this 1966 Ford mustang i dont know much about it, the guy who owns it has had it for 13 years, it might have been a project car, but he has restored it and it looks very nice, its in arizona so it might not have any rust... but who knows it might you can never tell by looking at some pictures. The 1966 ford mustang has a V8 im not sure what kind i have emailed the seller and once i get in arizona i will call him for more info. The 1966 ford mustang is going for about 7,500 also its not a fast back its a coupe but here are my questions. i will list them to keep it simple.

Is 7,500 a good price for it?
MY DREAM car is a 1967 Shelby Gt500 fastback, but unfortunitly i cant find any and i dont have 100,000 i was wanting to know if there was anyway i could make the 66 look like the shelby like the hood for example, would that fit on the 66? or since its a gt style will it not work?
ok well to narrow it all down could i make the 1966 ford mustang look like the shebly gt500? i will upload some pictures to show you

The red Ford mustang is the 66 and the dark gray is the 67 that i would try and make it look like.

But do you guys think i could find a 67 shelby gt500 for 10,000 or less? i mean it would'nt have to be perfect i mean as long as it gets me to work and back, building it up and restoring it myself would be awesome. and would you guys and gals know anyone in arizona selling one lol? or a good site that could possibly have someone selling one?

Welcome to AFM! First off i would be amazed if you could find a '67 gt500 for under 10,000 in the condition your looking for. Secondly they gray car that you have pictured there is not a Gt500 that is whats called and "Elanor." It is just a normal fastback with a body kit to make it look like the popular car from the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds." If you want a car like the Elanor, dont get a gt500 get a normal, no-frills, fastback.

Hope that helps.
Sore

Do you think i could find a fast back for under 10,000?
and can it be any fastback ,66,67,68,69,70?
does it have to be a Elanor? for it to look like that?
And do you think the red mustang is a good price?
