Default good deal on a 1967 Mustang coupe project?

just picked up a 67 coupe needs some work..paint, door panels, dash pad. has a 351c and a cc with 1200 bucks of performance parts, harley davidson leather seats(+originals), a bunch of extra parts, an extra 289, extra c4, and 302 long block with headers. good deal?

Not bad my cousin bought a 68 coupe here for 3k it needed a carb and a front valance.
