Unhappy What Do I Need For A Switch From a 170 To a 351w?

I threw a rod two nights ago. *tear* . Now I figure would be the best time to do the up-grade I've been dreaming about. I know I need to boost the motor mounts, rear end, and get a new transmission, but I don't know which transmission would work best or what new rear end would be best. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. Infact any recomended literature would be great.
