No One? Good 4.6 DOHC Donor Cars?

I own a 1970 Mustang Coupe and I remember someone posted some good information on the best cars to look for with the 4.6 DOHC. I can't seem to find it. One of the cars was a Mercury Marauder, another was the Crown Vics, but I forget which years. There were also other good choices....I believe one was a Lincoln Aviator? Would anyone have any experience with this and information on wiring? Thanks very much for your help...I'm very new to Mustangs...but have become a convert! :laugh2:

The Lincoln Mark VIII is good to find, same block as the Cobras. More correctly, the Cobras used the Lincoln motor with a different crank. They were rated at 280-290hp stock, and because of the cost of the airbag suspension, you can find them cheap if the airbags are leaking.
