Default C4 swap from Fox body to 67

Does the C4 from Fox body (87-93) fit into my 289ci 67. The C4 from Fox body is case fill model, has 26 spline input shaft and 157 teeth bellhousing.
I am not 100% sure what my current transmission is. I try to measure the width of bellhousing and it was 5 7/8 inch so I think its 157 teeth bellhousing. I don't know what torque converter I have so probably I need to buy a new 26 spline converter which fits in to the 157 teeth bellhousing.
Do I need to buy any other parts than 26 spline torque converter?

The fox-body from 1987-1993 didn't use the C4 automatic transmission, they used the AOD automatic transmission, which was a four-speed design compared the the C4's 3 speeds. The AOD is much larger overall and not quite as durable, but benefits include overdrive and smooth shifts. It is not a direct bolt-in for your car, but kits are available to put one in.

Ok, so this wasn't an original fox body transmission. Owner says it was behind 351W but he doesn't know which car this transmission was originally. So it is C4 with 157 teeth bellhousing, case fill model and 26 spline input shaft. If I buy a 26 spline converter is there any other things that I should be looking for to make sure that this C4 will fit in to my 289ci 67.
