Default 1968 Mustang, Rear end Swap.

I drive a 1968 mustang with a I6 in it. I'm currently beefing it up for a v8. I was wondering if a '65, '66 8" rear end would fit in a '68. Line up with leaf spring and just a bolt in kind of deal. If not what kind of problems will I be looking at. Thanks.

65/6 is 2 inches narrower than 67+
It will physically bolt into the car though, however you will not be able to use stock wheels you would need to order wheels with custom backspacing
