I was wondering if i could put on gt40x heads on my 1973 mustang with a 302.
And if I can do I have to do any other modification???....If so then what???

It should be a direct swap as far as I know, make sure that youre not loosing compression though. (by switching to a bigger combustion chamber, I dont think you should be though)

Direct bolt up, but you'll lose a little compression do to the larger compression chamber. You can swap pistons or shave the head to gain back that compression, although I wouldn't be overly concerned. You do want to make sure you check piston to valve clearance, are you running an aftermarket cam?
