Default 1965 Mustang Eaton Power Steering Pump Leaking

The power steering pump is leaking on the 1965 289. This is the Eaton style pump and it appears to be the rear mount style pump. Is it possible that the resovoir is leaking where it connects to the pump?

I loosened the bolt on the top of the resovoir cover, but the bolt doesn't want to come out. It turns freely with the hand. How do you get the resovior cover off?

Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

Default Resevior cover removal

Don't you love it when things work out. I loosened the bolt and couldn't get the cover off. I walked away for a few hours and returned. The cover just popped off. Maybe the suction of the gasket gave way and the cover was easliy removed. The reason the bolt wouldn't come all the way out is because of the configuration. The bolt is held to the resevoir cover by a clip and spring on the underside of the cover. So if anyone else attempts to remove the cover the bolt doesn't come out, only unscrews.

That still leaves me with the leak. Any suggestions.
