There's only one person who could tell you and that is Kevin Marti of Marti Autoworks. Since he owns Ford's records he could do the search.
I have a book here but it doesn't have all the VINs and door tag info so you can't really tell when the last was produced. The other thing is the 3 plants stopped production on different days to to tool over for the 70 model year.
