Default Need help with brake pads 1966

I have a 289 1966 mustang and the drum brakes were converted by the previous owner and now it's time for me to change the brake pads. I have the Hayes repair manual but I have different brake pads and calipers. I went and asked for brake pads and the pads they gave me aren't even close. There aren't any numbers except for 2255 on the caliper. It also has the ford symbol on it, so i know it's made by ford. I don't know: 1. How to ask for the right brake pads, 2. How to change the pads because the set up is different than in the book. Can somebody please help. There are 5 lugs but other than that I'm not sure how to pinpoint what I have.

Can you take a picture of your calipers.Go here The Best in Brakes & Steering... scroll down to the oem Kelsey Hayes if they don't look like that then its not the right brakes. If your calipers look like the kit under that one they are probably a granada brakes and spindles.Any way you can talk to the last owner see if they know what brakes are on it?
