Default transmission help for 302

i have a 69 mustang with a 200 with 19k original on the engine...i cant seem to sell it so im putting a mid 80s 302 in it....since the cars original it has the c4 trans in it....will it bolt up to the 302 or what trans could i use????

i do believe that you will need a new bell housing and that sould be about it.

make sure and match your torque convertor size to the bell housing and flexplate size. i think there are three sizes to choose from
