Default windshield molding clips and headliner ?`s

do the molding clips have to go in before the windshield?
also on a 68 coupe is there something that gets tucked into the headliner in the back that goes under the package tray?

The trim clips can go on after eith windsheild just make sure the winshield is centered properly or you will not be able to install the clips on one side. they snap over the small studs on th ewindshield frame. Cant answer the headliner question from memory
