An E85 conversion will require more than just jetting and timing adjustments. You'll need to switch to all steel or nylon fuel lines because the alcohol will eat away at the rubber. Also, I don't think that the normal adjustments available in a gasoline carburetor are great enough to properly use E85. There are E85-specific carbs that are modified to use the fuel. Thing about alcohol is that it requires about 30% more fuel per cubic foot of air. In other words, your ideal air-fuel ratio will be closer to ~10:1 as opposed to 14.7:1 for gasoline.
