Thumbs up 67 coupe restore advice

Its been a while since ive been back on the fourm. Working alot. I found a roof/top with out pillers at CJ pony for the 67 coupe. They want 450 for the top and 150 to ship it to me. Is that reasonable? Im a pretty good bodyman/mechanic. But you all got any good advice for me for changing the top or where to start on my restore project? thanks.

The 450 sounds reasonable for the top but the 150 sounds high. They must be shipping it aways. I hope you can weld good because that is one thing you will have to do along with cutting off the old top at the right place. As far as the bodywork is concerned. If the welding is done properly the bodywork should be a piece of cake. Sounds like an interesting project. Was it rust or a collision that wrecked the top?
