Default 69' Suspension Rebuild Pricing?

I am just curious how much it would to re-build the front and rear suspension. I have two 69' fastbacks that have been sitting in a field for years, so I am sure they need it.
I want it to ride like a newer car and handle well. I won't really be track racing, but it still needs to handle well in case things get real squirrely running from the co... Uh, parents.

I want it to sit nice and low too, exactly like this if possible.

The Mustang repro vendors usually have complete kits for rebuilds and handling upgrades included. You can get the rear leaf springs with standard eye, middle eye or reverse eye mounting points for lowering purposes. Front springs that are variable rate and shorter than stock are also available.

You will need to make sure that the upper ball joint doesn't bind when using shorter springs. You will then need to lower the upper control arm and use a negative camber kit if you wish to lower the front a good amount and still keep a streetable alignment and have performance handling.

There are a bunch of different than stock suspension kits around. These range in price from a few hundred dollars to a couple of thousand or more.
