Default 351 c heas on 351w

will 351 c heads work on a 351w motor? i have and opprotunity to get some performance 351c heads for free but i have a 351w in my car. will it work and if so will it be worth it? will i see any gains or not?

Someone told me they would but that it would be a step in the wrong direction. you should go either all windsor or all cleveland. I didnt say that so dont take my word for it but if you can get them for free why not its not going to hurt you and you could always sell them

maybe i could trade them for some performance windsor heads.. that would be sweet..
