Hi again.

On the 65/66 Mustangs, the circuit breaker was a 20 amp. People don't have 50 amp breakers on the main breaker box on the side of their houses, except for the one main breaker.

Also. it was rectangular in appearance, with the two posts. This is the original piece that I still have on my car. There were a couple of different ways used to mount them. One, the most common, was, there was a metal tab attached to one of the posts, which was hooked straight to the hot side of the starter solenoid. Another was that it was attached to the inner fender panel, between the battery and starter solenoid, and had a jumper wire going from one of the posts of the breaker to the hot side of the starter solenoid. Both of those ways had the power top pump feed wire attached to the other post of the breaker. Also, some San Jose built 66s actually did use a single post junction block, but it was completely different from what this gentleman has purchased. I've got a few of them sitting around in a box somewhere. I'll see if I can dig one up and get a picture of it to post.
