They are light years different. In other words no-way. The truck uses a split I-beam suspension, whereas the Mustang uses a double A-arm type. The rotors and brakes won't fit either as the truck spindle axle is larger. One more thing to note is: If the truck is a long bed (8ft), there's a pretty good chance it's got a carrier bearing in it on the drive shaft. This will use a C-4 with a yoke that's attached to the
trans with a big nut, not the sliding yoke the Mustang requires. Why don't you find an old Granada and use those spindles and parts?
