Default putting a kick down on a 4150

I'm am curious if I can put a automatic transmission kick down on a 4150 Double pumper with mechanical secondaries. What parts would I need and how would I do it?

You don't mention what year the car is that you are working on. On my 1966 Mustang there is a cable that comes from the C-4 and this connnected to the original carb. I bought an aftermarket kickdown linkage that was a little longer due to the 4150's position and it works like new. It just replaces the cable.

Nice car ! I'm not familiar with the set-up on the Galaxie with the 428 and C6. Sorry, maybe someone else will read this thread and help you. Good luck with your project.

It's pretty much the same setup as a 1968 Mustang with the 390 and automatic.
I'm talking about putting a ford kick down on the carb as it does not have one. I'm just curious if it is possible.
