Default 1966 200CID what oil should I use?

Hey guys, my 1966 Mustang spilled some of its oil and I have a problem. It is just at the fill it up line, and the problem is, I don't know what oil was put in when its engine was rebuilt. So, what oil do you think I should use? Thanks guys.

I come from a long line of Valvoline fans. Most likely they rebuilders did not use synthetic oil so i would suggest conventional, or if you can call them and ask.

if it is a new engine do not use synthetic untill about 3000 miles. other than that whatever brand you like ,they are all the same!
