Default 1966 Mustang-Petronix Ingitor installation
I have a 1966 mustang with a 68 302. I installed a Petronix Ingintor and an MSD 2 coil. The car was running before I did this modification and now it won't start. I have checked the connections several times and everything is connected correctly. I do not have a ballast resistor. The air gap is per specifications. Could it be my spark plug wires? Would upgrading to MSD 8.5mm help? Right now I have standard universal 8mm plug wires.

Yes. I don't think the coil is the problem since it starts with the old points ignition.
