i have a 1970 302 engine and a 1988 302 engine both need rebuilt so which block is better ? so far ive aquired a parker funnel web intake /650 holley dp/and a set of roush 200 heads can any help with the numbers ? cam/ piston type /rear gears? would like 300hp+ first engine build thx aarron

the blocks are pretty much equal....

the 88 is a roller block as where the 70 is not....
